Astroloje is operated by Qubix Events & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. (QECPL), headquartered at C 32 Madhu Vihar, IP Extension, New Delhi 110092. Astroloje and QECPL are distinct entities; QECPL handles finances, compliance, and administration.
Services & Registration
- We offer free content (blog posts, general horoscopes) and paid services (questions, consultations, reports).
- To access paid services you must create an account and provide accurate, current information.
- Misuse, impersonation, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
Use of Generative AI
Astroloje uses AI-assisted tools to format responses and surface insights. Human astrologers oversee prompt design and QA. Responses are intended for guidance and entertainment; they are not substitutes for financial, legal, or medical advice.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments are accepted in INR and routed through QECPL.
- Each answer or report consumes prepaid credits. Once a response is delivered, refunds are not issued.
- Billing discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours; qualifying refunds are credited to your Astroloje wallet.
User Content & Conduct
- Do not submit defamatory, abusive, or infringing content.
- Astroloje may remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.
- You agree to indemnify Astroloje and QECPL against claims arising from misuse of the service.
Intellectual Property
All charts, UI components, copy, and brand assets belong to Astroloje/QECPL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” Neither Astroloje nor QECPL guarantees accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update services and these terms without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
